Each year’s celebration focuses on a different service branch. This year Torrance is highlighting the Navy and Rear Admiral Babette Bolivar is serving as Grand Marshall. Extra attention is paid to local members of the military, both veterans and those on active duty. Torrance Boulevard is already lined with banners featuring portraits of Hometown Heroes.
